ID, item about Palestinians; good, o/ WOBM.  [Connelly*rw-MA]

1170  COLOMBIA, CARACOL, HJNW, Cartagena, JUL 3 0105 - initially 
WKPE groundwave (exceedingly low-fidelity rock // 104.7 FM) was 
atop, then - seemingly out of nowhere - "CARACOL, Primer Cadena 
de Colombia" steamrolled in right over it.  HJNW and WKPE are
