[IRCA] TP 1 Aug Victoria version

More coastal promise...

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

612 4QR fairly sudden fade up 1235UT, woman talking //702, peaking at this level 1236UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

603 quiet choral music 1136UT, islandish sound to it? Nothing much on 765.
702 likely 2BL, man talking DU English inflection 1206UT; ID'd 1237 //612
738 pop music 1134UT
756 man talking, DU English inflection 1239UT
1566 HLAZ likely, choral singing 1120UT; definitely this with Nihongo sign on at 1230UT, standard routine.

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

621 675 774 828 882 891 972 1053 1098 1287

best wishes,

Nick
