[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on 3-29

Today's unattended SDR recording came to a premature halt, thanks to a 
computer glitch.   The problem was fixed by rebooting the PC, but that 
wasn't until after I got up at 9 a.m. local time.  For the record, 
here's what was received up until 1208 UTC.
