[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX Report 10/8/13

No TP signals heard here this morning.  The only DX from that direction was 1040 CKST, Vancouver, at 1251 with NHL talk.

Receiver:  Tecsun PL-310 and Quantum QX Loop.
