[IRCA] NOS formats

In tuning around this afternoon, I noticed KWDP Waldport to be back on
the air, as I have been unable to hear them recently. But I noticed 
KWDP-820-Waldport OR
KSHO-920-Lebanon OR
KCFM-1250-Florence OR
all to be running the same NOS satellite service, I presume to be the
DG. KSHO 920 shows DG in the NRC log, but the other two show MOYL and
ABC.  I wonder when the other two switched?
