[IRCA] KKDZ 1250 Seattle signal improvement

I have noticed this week that KKDZ 1250 Radio Disney Seattle signal has really improved since my last daytime band scan in July of 2012.  KKDZ signal rivals the big stations from Seattle, WA.  KKDZ signal strength last July on the Sky wire loop was 3.5 on the JRC's S meter using the 1-10 scale. Seattle area stations signal strengths are listed below. 

570   KVI       7.0
710   KIRO    7.5
770   KTTH   8.0
820   KGNW  5.5
950   KJR      7.0
1090 KTPK    7.0
1250 KKDZ    7.0
1620 KYIZ     5.5
1680 KNTS    4.5
