[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 3-27

Hello All,

In general the Asian TP signals tended to hit the skids this morning, with far less variety and audio strength than during the last couple of days. A notable exception was 747-JOIB, which somehow bucked the trend with persistent fair-good signals during most of the listening session (from 1315-1410), managing its best audio for several months here (fighting it out with 750-Portland splatter, as usual). The only other vibrant signal was 1566-HLAZ (with its Japanese Christian program around 1325) as the vast majority of TP's stayed down in the noise. 774-JOUB had some rare moments of intelligibility in 770-Seattle splatter, and the 1053-Jammer managed to get up a fair buzz at times. 594-JOAK was in and out of the noise, as was 1575-VOA. A curious signal this morning was that from 972-HLCA (usually a big gun here), which was almost completely comatose until 1400. In bright sunlight it rose up out of the noise with fair signals around 1405, then stuck around as the last survivin!
