[IRCA] TP for 25 Feb 2013; Victoria version

Another quick sunrise enhancement today, with a mix of a couple of tentative
Aussies, but otherwise Asians. There were a couple of audios after 1500UT today
which has become rare in the last couple of weeks.  One other oddity was
strongish carriers on 747 and 774 before 1500UT, but no audio.  An early s/off?


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

1575 VoA assumed man in SE Asian language, fading up erratically from 1446 to
about 1455UT


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
 
594 JOAK man in JJ 1447UT


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

1116 instrumental mx 1449UT was unID, 6 long pips on the hour, man talking
1501UT, DU EE inflection? so maybe 4BC.
1566 HLAZ man in CC 1445UT, not much punch this morning


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

558 unID man talking 1451UT, didn't seem //603
603 unID instrumental mx, not //558 at 1451UT
612 4QR? woman singing unaccompanied? 1448UT, not //594, then man talking w/DU
EE inflection 1509UT
612 JOLK instrumental mx followed by man talking //594 1456UT
792 man talking 1449UT, possibly DU EE, but hard to say
1287 JOHR? vocal pop mx 1456UT.  Frantic male talk 1507UT, once he calmed down,
there seemed to be a JJ inflection
1359 CNR1? woman talking, echoey, so possibly more than one transmitter, seemed
//6125, at 1455UT.  Bit of a surprise.


Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
