[IRCA] WQQK643 Happy Valley, Oregon 1700 kHz

At 11:30 AM PST I tuned into WQQK643 Happy Valley, Oregon Community Radio station. 39 miles to the South of my location the signal was fair and heard best on the Sky Wire loop 880'.
