Listened from 0941-1101 utc.  Good conditions this morning.  China 981 was in for a new station and Japan JOLB 1017 NHK2 was also a new station here. Windy here in Kalama, WA. Gary must have excellent conditions and very high winds at the Coast this morning.

1008  JAPAN, Osaka, JONR ABC 1014-1015  assuming the station with very weak audio with woman speaker. Moderate splatter. W-SW ewe. 11/12/2012

1017  JAPAN, Fukuoka JOLB NHK2 1017-1026 very weak to weak with Radio English Conversation Program. // JOBB 828. New station here. W-SW ewe. 11/12/2012

1017  UNKNOWN, 1020-1028 very weak signal at times. Thinking China? Could not get a match to // 5965 Korean on CRI. Signal mostly under JOLB.  W-SW ewe. 11/12/2012
