[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-11

Hello All,

It was a decent morning for the "big gun" Japanese TP's here but not very exciting for most of the other Asiatic stations. 594-JOAK and 747-JOIB had the best overall signals, along with 774-JOUB (which was buried in 770-Seattle splatter as usual). The Korean and Chinese stations seemed rather subdued, but 1575-VOA in Thailand had a fair signal with an Asiatic language YL at 1325. Guy must have had another exciting morning at Oregon's Cape Perpetua with the new Broadbanded FSL antenna.
