[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 31 Aug 2012

   August concluded on the down side, with signals down on yesterday 
and the previous day.  Only two channels with audio (774 and 1548), and 
both very weak.  774 was Japan, but 1548 seemed to be Australia.   A 
fair number of carriers, both most of them rather feeble.
