[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 30 Aug 2012

   For the third day in row it was the Asians predominating, but today 
was a bit more normal, if there is such a thing.  Audio noted today on 
774, 828, 1206, 1287 and 1566.   1287 was nothing like yesterday, with 
only weak audio.  The best audio was from 774 and 828, more as one would 
expect, with both doing quite well.  The off-freq Chinese on 1206 was in 
with a few words now and again.
