ART ASTOR's NORTH COUNTY BROADCASTING CORP. has closed on the sale of
Business KCEO-A/VISTA-SAN DIEGO to religious station operator IHR
EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING for $2.75 million.  KCEO's format will flip to
IHR's Religion programming, with business talk moving to sister
KFSD-A/ESCONDIDO.
