[IRCA] New station heard

Heard with the radio in my Prius:

1730    1350    WZPM    NC    Black Mountain    call letters, and lots of 
"Black Mountain" mentions;  NEW.

Don't know whty I haven't seen this one before.  That 10k should get out 
well, and I bet the antenna is way high.  The nasty blob was on 1350 during 
this time.
