[IRCA] Reminder - WKVQ DX test tonight

Will give the WKVQ test tonight a try at 11:00 P.M. PST.  One Spanish
station from Seattle area KXPA and they are heard at times, but most of
the time the channel is vacant.  With the Palstar tuner set on 1540 KFBK
1530 is S-9+60 db leaving IBOC hash on 1540.   Have four outdoor antennas
to use and a Quantum Phaser if needed.  Good luck on hearing WKVQtest and 
thanks to WKVQ  & Saul Chernos for arranging the test.
