[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 10-27-11

Listened from 1255-1345 UTC and conditions was up over yesterday it was not good but it was a little better.  More audio and carriers were heard with a strong carrier on 972 but it never did get to audio.  The t-storm noise was gone which was nice.
 
279   Radio Rossii very poor at 1302 UTC.
594   JOAK just above the noise level at times.
693   JOAB very poor.
774   JOUB poor.
1566 HLAZ just above the noise level.
