[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 10-18-11

Conditions was up a little over yesterday with more carriers and the audio that I did get was a little stronger.  The best conditions was at 1315 UTC and after that it was all down hill.
 
279   Radio Rossii hrd with music at 1323 UTC.
693   JOAB hrd 1315 UTC with JJ talk.
774   JOUB hrd 1317 UTC with JJ talk.
1566 HLAZ hrd 1322 UTC with music.
