[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's 10/18/2011
TP activity appeared not up to par this morning.
Only audio heard from JOUB 774, first at 0957 and
finally at 1242 UTC. Also, carrier signals on 702
(from northwest), 747 and 828 kHz (best at 1239 sunrise).
Receiver: PL-310 & Gary DeBock's 7.5" ferrite loop.
