[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 17 Oct 2011

    In common with others, experienced a very poor TP morning today.    
Heard audio from the Japanese on 693 and 774 at about 1315, but things 
declined from there, with no enhancement at sunrise, which is at about 
1350 these days.
