Brandon Jordan has resigned as IRCA's DXWW-E editor.
I have been appointed interim editor (until a new editor can be found).

I want to encourage those folks in the DXWW-E arena to submit their DX tips to me at phil_tekno@xxxxxxxxxx
My deadline will be Sundays.
