[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 12 Sep 2011

 The only audio this morning, once again of the "just barely" category, 
was from Australia on 1116 and 1548.   Rather unusually 1548 was the 
strongest, though the splatter from 1550 seemed stronger than normal 
too, rather ruining the signal.   Zilch from Asia this morning.
