[IRCA] WPVS 690 530 kHz

Local HARs station WPVS 690 broadcasting on 530 kHz in Ridgefield, WA has dropped it's NOAA 
weather report.  Now they are broadcasting a loop "You are listening to WPVS 690 broadcasting on 530 AM"
I have notice this for the last couple of days.  WQBQ 728 540 kHz is broadcasting road delays on US 12.
No idea where the transmitter is.  Nice S-9 signal.
