[IRCA] KTIL 150 Tilamook OR tower move?

Per the FCC info KTIL is listed  as a minor change 5K/1K DA-N a new site
at 45-27-25 / 123-52-19. A tower move? That must be be expensive. True,
that area where KTIL is located does get flooded and the station has to
shut down, but moving towers is not cheap. I wonder where they are
moving them? I wonder if their coverage will change any?
