[IRCA] WSVX 1520 Shelbyville, IN lost a tower

WSVX 1520-IN has lost one of its three towers, in last week's ice / wind
storm.  Just heard about it today from the WTFDA's AM list (Mike Hunter
- NJ).  The article on the website mentioned a 1971 collapse due to a
guide [sic] wire failure.
