Not much earlier, but a bit of TA here in Alberta also now.  Noted weak 
audio on 1089, but good enough to determine it was not English, so most 
likely the Russian.  Only other audio is on 963 where traces (presumably 
from Finland) are detectable through the IBOC noise, but quite a number 
of carriers on the upper half of the dial.  Unusually 1215 isn't 
standing out from the crowd tonight.
