[IRCA] TP for 2 Dec from Victoria, BC.

A tad of sunrise enhancement this morning, which meant a few odd visitors after 1500UT, probably would have heard more if I'd listened more, as fades up were brief and erratic. The big guns seemed a bit stronger at 1430.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

no

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

828 JOBB earlier (and s/off chimes weaker, at 1520UT)

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker
594 JOAK
747 JOIB
774 JOUB
954 likely JOKR fading up at 1513
1566 HLAZ at 1516UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

945 seemed //6030 at 1519, so CNR-1
1422 JORF?
1575 weak talk briefly at 1520

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

639, 864, 1242

best wishes,
Nick

best wishes,

Nick
