Dreadful morning here based on the three times sampled. Hets were noted on many of the "big gun" freqs but very few in audio.

The following times sampled this morning: 1259Z, 1359Z, 1459Z for 1-2 
minutes each using Perseus and TOH Recorder.

279  R. Rossii Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Russia) Fair with YL vocalist 1359Z
594  JOAK NHK1 Tokyo (Japan) Fair with OM in JJ 1500Z
693  JOAB NHK2 Tokyo (Japan) Poor with music to TOH 1259Z
828  JOBB NHK2 Osaka (Japan) Poor, 3+1 time pips at 1300Z
