As the other TP DXers have noted, this morning was an improvement. Alaska in well with huge KGTL 620 signal. Again the English announcement for Radio Free Asia on VOR 648 at start of the Korean program. The following times sampled this morning: 1259Z, 1359Z, 1445Z, 1459Z for 1-2 minutes each using Perseus and TOH Recorder
