[IRCA] HAPPY HETS

It's pretty useless info now, but driving around Tacoma at 6:00pm  
today (0200 12/16) I heard strong 1kHz hets on 550 and 910. Not much  
I could do about it with the car radio. I would guess 909 would be  
BBC but am too far removed to venture a guess on 549. I hope someone  
on the list was able to loop in on these.
