Neil,

Yes, I suspect CBN and not CBIA. That would be a great catch, but a 40
watter from near the North Pole is unlikely and the beverage is aimed
East, pretty much at NFD. It was in and out too fast to nail it down,
but I will give it another shot, but it looks like a fluke. Who knows?
If it popped in once it may pop in again. 10 KW ND is a good amount of
power, and it seems likely.
