utc--two DU stations now, 5AN and 4TAB with excited man with horseracing,
both presumed.
Radio Rossii very poor today, 153, 180, 279 all poor/weak; traces of 234.
1070 "Music of your youth, 1070 KRAM West Klamath". Good level, alone on the
channel. 1251 utc. (continues, 1315 utc)
