[IRCA] little evidence of TP 19 May 09
Was up briefly at 1135UT this morning, and checked the radio again...FF sounding talk on 738, not great strength, but surprised to hear it at all. Must have adjusted their modulation.
A few minutes later, just hints of audio on 774 and 1287 seemed to be from Japan, and that was it.
