[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 3-16-09
Listened from 1315-1350 utc and it was all Japan. It was better than the last few days and all carriers and audio was on the bottom part of the band. At first not much was heard but around sunrise it got much better.
594 JOAK very poor at 1334 utc.
666 JOBK very poor at 1340 utc.
693 JOAB fair with man-woman in EE at 1332 utc.
774 JOUB very good at 1340 utc.
