[IRCA] TP for 24 Feb from Victoria, BC
Didn't have much time to listen this morning (briefly at 1410 and again at 1450UT), but it seemed that the big guns were down in level , and that some of the second string stations were show erratic signs of life.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
594 JOAK
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB
828 JOBB
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
567 JOIK //594
747 JOIB
1287 likely JOHR
1566 big carrier delivering a bit of audio; HLAZ
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
1422 likely JORF
1503 seemed //594; JOUK
1575 likely VoA
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 972, 1098 DU
