[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 2-24-09
Listened from 1330-1415 utc and conditions were better than the last few days. All audio was on the bottom part of the the band and it was all Japan.
531 JOQG very poor at 1405 utc.
558 JOCR very poor at 1402 utc.
567 JOIK poor at 1404 utc with JJ talk.
594 JOAK fair at 1403 utc.
774 JOUB fair at 1401 utc with JJ talk.
