[IRCA] TP for 18Oct08: Much better!
As others have reported, a much better morning than yesterday. I listened between 13:58 and 14:48 (well after dawn) and heard audio from Top (well almost....nothing on the X-band) to bottom. Here are my results, with "6" unless otherwise noted. Minimal if any DU activity today, and I agree that HLAZ was rather anemic today, compared to VOA which boomed in:

558: 8 level either JJ or KK (going to have to learn how to tell the two apart easily)

1575: 7.5 early, and 8 to 9 level later for VOA Thailand
1593: CNR1 at 14:48 at 8 level
X-band: zilch with only poor carriers on 1611 and 1701. Also zilch on 1475.
