[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's for 10-18

Hello Guys,

As others have reported, the comatose TP conditions have suddenly risen
from the dead. Great audio and carriers were all over the band, with China
especially strong. New E100 Ultralight logging of CC audio on 1107 at 1409,
plus a solid JOHK-891on the E100 with NKH1 program at 1421. Vietnam-675
provided nice audio for a recording at 1415 on the Ultralight (heard before), and
other frequencies like 1314 had audio, but too much local QRM to identify
languages. KBOI-670's IBOC was off for the first time in 3 days. 927-China
was very close to audio, but couldn't quite make it (918 and 936 both had
audio on the Ultralight, but logged previously).

Apparently there is still hope for the rest of October!

     73, Gary
