Re: [IRCA] New TIS log
A rare new TIS log this morning, the UCLA station on 1630 kHz. Heard
5:42 AM PDT, weak with announcements by a man. Does anyone know the call
letters?

I believe it is WPLX517. The ISS web site has a case study and photos of
this transmitter as well as a link to the UCLA web site with info about
the system. Neither of those web sites appears to mention the call
letters. I found those in the FCC database. The ISS link is at
