[IRCA] NE Oregon (no) TPs, Sunday

Only as a point of comparison to the guys at Grayland--it was a poor morning 
for TPs here with no MW audio heard. Poor hets in general, with weak hets on 
612, 702, 891, 1548 for a short time (1230-1245 utc). Even 1098 was a weak 
het, when usually is a strong one.
LWBC had poor/weak audio on 153, 180, 234, 279 at the start, 1158 utc.
(Easter Island NDB on 280 unusually good this morning, though.) :))
