Mine arrived today from Amazon... likewise, I'd say it's a very hot little
AM receiver. Right now I'm listening to holiday music from CHWO-740 like
it's a local.

I went through my radio stash in the basement, and found a small
Sony SRF-M32 (predecessor to the M35/M37) and a vintage SRF-60 "megabass"
walkman model (wonder if it's circuitry is similar to the SRF-59?) I may
have to have a shoot-out of my own with these,
