After all the talk on the list about maintaining friendly relations 
between DXers and broadcasters...do we actually KNOW that KWKH is 
operating ND? Or is this pure speculation on a night when propagation is 
especially good?

(And remember, there are plenty of reasons why KWKH could be operating 
ND perfectly legally - maintenance work under a verbal STA, for instance.)
