[IRCA] 1215 Russian on decently

I'm hearing Russian International Radio occasionally fading up to an 8 level, and then into the mud with Russian pop music.  Best I've heard them in a few days.  Lots of carriers elsewhere, but nothing that really amounted to 
anything, unfortunately.  All best on my 65 degree facing "North" corner fed loop.  Unfortunately, I'm unable to put up a proper 20 to 40 degree loop in my backyard (without upsetting the YL in a major way!).  Good level as I
type this at 05:25 for example........Walt.
