[IRCA] Metal matching transformer boxes

I had a bit of time this morning, so I decided to check out the metal
matching transformer boxes after our nearly 2 weeks mostly solid rain
and wind. We have gotten well over 3 inches (I know of), maybe more. We
will have dry weather for the next 3-4 days. 
   I have the boxes wrapped up in foil and plastic tape. I took that off
and took the covers off to look inside. In shaking the boxes I could not
hear any water in them. There wasn't any. Only a slight amount of
dampness on the metal. Not enough to be concerned about, probably due to
the humidity here. So I guess I have little to be concerned about. It
will be interesting to check them after they have been out there for 6
months. I rewrapped them and they are all set and connected back in.
