[IRCA] WILM and IBOC

With regard to an earlier post concerning WILM (1450 khz.; Wilmington, DE;
ND 1 kw) running IBOC, I can confirm that this is indeed the case. I tuned
them in at about noon today. From my work location (about 5 miles from
their tx site), the first adjacent frequencies are totally trashed by hash
and the second adjacent frequencies are toast as well (the hiss is a bit
lower in audio amplitude).
