Bruce,

I had never heard Russian on 603 before. I have heard a CC on 603 in the
past, Taiwan which I got QSL'd in the 90s. I may have heard a mainland
CC there too, but not a Russian until this morning. I got some detail on
tape I believe, a Mayak station, so many I can get a QSL. I think the
WRTH says 30 KW.
