[IRCA] KFYI HD testing

The CE at KFYI says that from tonight at sunset on KFYI will be on  
full time with HD. He would appreciate logs and non-logs.

All KFYI logs should be sent to big_h00pla@xxxxxxxxx with correct  
reception data for a QSL. The test will run until Sept 28
