[IRCA] NE Oregon TAs, Saturday night

Poorer tonight, both LWBC and MW. Only 531, and 1134 Croatia produced poor 
audio at 0336 utc for MW. LWBC had 162 France the best at weak/medium level 
0350 utc; 177 poor/weak; 183 poor; 189 Iceland weak; 198 England poor; 216 
France poor/weak; 225 with 2 stations, poor/weak.
Around 0415 utc everything took a dive; for awhile there were no MW hets at 
all and only weak LWBC hets. Things improved in a couple of minutes, but 
nothing on MW. 162 and 189 continue now, 0454 utc at poor/weak levels.
