En route from Lewiston, Idaho to Boise for the NRC/WTFDA convention 
yesterday, I got as close to Burbank as Walla Walla (about 20 miles) and 
heard no sign of 1560 during the day. KLTB 92.1 Pilot Rock OR, which had 
been simulcasting on 1560, has taken the KVAN-FM calls, and its ID did 
not mention 1560.

I wonder if they signed on just after I passed through? :-)
