[IRCA] KVAN 1560?

It looks like KVAN 1560 Burbank WA is back on the air, no ID as yet, but
a S9+35DB signal off the Eastern beverage of LOUD Mexican mx. Apparently
no more Oldies, like KDJQ 890. We really need another SS on the air.
